01 — THE DAILY BRIEF

Your morning decides your day.

02 — THE CAMERA

Photograph it. It’s counted.

03 — THE COACH

Ask. It rewrites the week.

04 — THE PLAN

Four sports. One plan.

05 — FUEL

Counted, not guessed.

06 — CONNECTED

It knows how you slept.

Coaching a roster? There’s a side for you.

Build plan templates once, apply them per athlete, and read adherence and load across everyone you coach, on the web, where the spreadsheets used to be.

WHAT PACEO IS

A plan, then a daily read.

Paceo is a training and nutrition app for people who train across more than one sport. It writes periodized plans for running, riding, swimming and strength, in four week blocks that build twice, peak, then deload, sized to the days you actually have and the length a session can actually be.

Then it reads your morning. Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training form arrive from Apple Health overnight, and the day in front of you is adjusted before you are awake: a bad night moves the intervals rather than deleting the week. Your calorie and macro targets move with the same load, up on a hard day and down on a rest day, so the plan allocates the fuel instead of the other way round.

Everything is editable in plain language. Say you are exhausted, travelling, or that a race moved, and it rewrites the calendar, not a chat log.

QUESTIONS

Common questions.

What is Paceo?
A training and nutrition app for multisport athletes. It builds periodized plans for running, riding, swimming and strength, adjusts them every morning from your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate, and moves your calorie and macro targets with the training load.
Which sports does it plan?
Running, riding, swimming and strength. One plan covers up to two of them, an endurance sport plus strength or two endurance sports, planned against a single weekly load so they stay in step instead of competing for the same week.
Do I need a watch or a chest strap?
No, but it helps. Paceo reads whatever is already in Apple Health, so an Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop or Garmin that writes sleep and HRV there is enough. Without any of it you still get the plan, just without the daily readiness adjustment.
Is there a web version?
Yes. The iPhone app is where you train and log, and the web app is where the calendar, the plan editor and the coach tools live. Both read the same account.
What does it cost?
Paceo is free to download and starts with a 7 day free trial, then $9.99 a month or $89.99 a year through the App Store. The yearly plan works out at about $7.50 a month. Prices are in US dollars and vary a little by country, and you can cancel any time from your App Store account. There is no permanently free tier, so the trial is how you try it.
Can my coach use it?
Yes. Coaches get a roster on the web, build plan templates once and apply them per athlete, and read adherence and load across everyone they coach. Your food diary stays private unless you turn sharing on yourself.
